Are you ready to go back in time while tasting your favorite brews? The Friends of the National Zoo (FONZ) are putting on a fabulous fundraiser, Brew at the Zoo, highlighting local and national breweries with tons of tastings and fun activities for all in support of wildlife research. This “prehistoric party” event will run from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 18th and will boast a few scaly visitors to fit the theme, as well as live music and lawn games.

In regards to tickets, you have two options, general admission or VIP. General Admission tickets run $65 per person, or $50 if you’re a member of the FONZ, and include tastings galore. For VIP, tickets are $125 or $110 for FONZ members and you’ll gain access one hour early, access to a VIP area with additional food tasting and exclusive breweries not available to general admission, as well as added entertainment. Regardless of which option you choose, it’s sure to be a fun evening!
