The South Parcel Brick work has started on the west side of the building. Giant tenant fit out is beginning this month. CVS tenant fit out is beginning in April. residential windows will be installed this month. The roof is ongoing and we expect that the units will be dried in this month.

Load-bearing walls are in progress on the 4th floor of the North Building. The North Building is expected to top out at the end of March. Exterior framing is in progress on the North Parcel.

Utility work is ongoing on Idaho North. NCC has continuing to work in Wisconsin. Nighttime work is scheduled to start this month in Idaho and Wisconsin and continue through early spring.
