Cathedral Commons is extremely excited to announce several new businesses joining our brand new community in 2015. Three restaurants will be joining Giant Food, CVS, [solidcore], and Wells Fargo, who all opened their doors in the past few weeks. Not only will three new restaurants call Cathedral Commons home, but several other retailers will become official residents here in the coming months.
Barcelona Wine Bar, an award-winning Spanish tapas and wine bar, plans to open their second location in DC this spring at Cathedral Commons. Classic Spanish cuisine and a wide selection of fine-wines makes Barcelona Wine Bar a go-to spot amongst many DC residents. In addition to Barcelona Wine Bar, Raku Asian Dining, Sushi, and Sake plans to call Cathedral Commons home. With locations in Dupont Circle and Bethesda, they have already made a name for themselves in the DC area for great Asian food. The third restaurant is The Grilled Oyster Company. Bethesda Magazine notably voted The Grilled Oyster Company as The Best New Restaurant in Bethesda for 2014. Famous for their oysters and fresh seafood selection, The Grilled Oyster Company will be an excellent addition to the Cathedral Commons’ community.
Joining [solidcore] is Pure Barre, a fitness studio that utilizes low-impact techniques to give participants a full-body workout. Popular amongst women, Pure Barre incorporates techniques from ballet, yoga, and pilates to give a total-body workout in a fun and relaxing environment. Core72 will also be joining [solidcore] and Pure Barre. Core72 offers women a selection of activewear and lifestyle brands perfect for those seeking comfortable clothing.
Other retailers that are joining the Cathedral Commons’ community include Wylie Wagg, a boutique pet store founded in 2002. Family-run, Wylie Wagg offers a personalized shopping experience for you and your pet. Le Village Marche will also be joining the neighborhood with their fine selection of French gifts and home-goods. From picture frames to hand-made soaps, shoppers feel as if they are strolling through a Parisian market.
In addition to restaurants, fitness studios, and retailers joining Cathedral Commons are Parks FabriCare, a much-loved neighborhood dry-cleaner, Suntrust Bank, and of course Starbucks. Residents at Cathedral Commons will truly never need to leave home with all of the great shopping and dining options right at their footsteps.
