The construction team plans to install cabinets and countertops in the South Parcel residential apartments next week. The garage is currently being striped. Outside, metal panels are ongoing on Wisconsin and Newark. Sidewalks are being poured on Wisconsin moving south.

North Parcel Building: Brick is ongoing on the North Building. All unit drywall is installed and cabinets will start on the 2nd floor in 2 weeks.

Waterline work in Wisconsin Ave is ongoing. Right now we are projecting the Wisconsin waterline completion in November. Work on the alleyway behind 2 Amys will begin in October.
